Red Ribbon Week Activities!

Students and staff at Howard learning Academy took a stand against drugs by participating in “Red Ribbon Week” activities. Our school wore their favorite red shirts, superhero shirts, and favorite shoes.

Family Night

Family Night and the award ceremony will take place on November 14, 2019. The time will be from 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Please come out to family night and learn what our students are learning. Monday: Favorite Hat Day

Tuesday: Favorite Shoes & Socks

Wednesday: Favorite Team Jersey Day 

Thursday: Pink Out Day(wear something pink for Cancer Awareness)

Friday: Dress Down Day (non-uniform day)

Here at Howard Learning Academy, we are all about progressing. One of our dear educators will be moving on to another school to teach. Mrs. Horns was with Howard Learning Academy for four years and she played such an intricate part in the learning process. We will miss Mrs.Horns smiling face and easy spirit. National Anti-Bullying Month

Bullying is unwanted, aggressive behavior among school-aged children and adults that involves a real or perceived power imbalance. Deputy Armstrong spoke with all of our students and staff about the dangers, warning signs, and effects of bullying. He also spoke on bullying prevention, cyberbullying, and ways to reach out to someone for help.
